“I try.” Grinding the napkin almost violently into her leg seems to get most of the condiment out.
“Did you want this back?”

Leah snorted. “What? The napkin, or my pride? No – keep the napkin. You obviously need it more than I do.”
i think we’re literally getting to the point where we can rp the entire series over again but do it better

and we can get rid of all the misogyny & sex-shaming bullshit while we’re at it please and thanks
Spilled the ketchup across her lap. Sigh.

“Wow. I can see what Jacob saw in you. Clearly you’re the pinnacle of elegance and grace.” Leah snorted, but she held out a napkin. “Here.”
{ The pale faced “leech” smirked and shook his lightly. }
”—Don’t attack me… crouching tiger.. I’m one of the nice ones..”
{ He extended his arm towards the warm woman, feeling her body heat radiate off of herself. }
”—I’m Abel.. Abel Denali.”

She glanced down at his hand, but did not reach out to grasp it, instead just crossing her arms over her chest.
“—-Nice like not stupid enough to fuck with a wolf,
or nice like you don’t use people as juice boxes?”
A pause.
“Actually, I don’t give a shit either way, Abel. Just leave me alone.”
“To be frank, I’ve found that actions speak louder than words.” A blink, gaze focusing, and then, “—-Pain.”

Leah clenches her jaw, momentarily determined not to give her the satisfaction of a reaction, but the pain was too great and her body curled in on itself, a low whine and a gasp escaping her. “Fuck – stop. Fucking stop unless you want a pack of wolves to show up and shred you—”
She knew she must sound pathetic, her voice shrilled with pain as her body throbbed.
”—I’m looking at a very smelly dog. Aren’t I correct?”
“You better watch your mouth, leech.”

”Well, that breaks my heart. And here I was, hoping that you would be here for me.”

“So sorry to disappoint."
[He quirks a brow in the wolf’s direction, amusement dancing on his lips. Though, the humor does not reach his eyes. ]
” Tell me Leah, what has you so curious about my mental well-being. Perhaps I’ll let you in on a small secret.
I am angsty everyday. ”
Whether you take the time to see it is none of my concern.

She sighed, peering at Carlisle for a moment before turning away.
"I’m not really curious – I was just being an ass.
But, uh —- good luck with that angst thing, buddy.
…At least you aren’t using people as juice boxes?“
Anymore.
Sparkles. Cute. “Good dog.”
“Oh, dog. Wow. Really? You’d think seeing as you're old as fuck you’d have time to come up with something a little more creative.”
